If you are choosing relief as your primary goal, choose any one modality: Craniosacral, Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, or Acutonics, according to your needs. If you are desiring corrective, root cause results, I suggest the Soul Matrix Blend, where the practitioner can have the freedom to choose modalities that will create the best results for your body.

Craniosacral Therapy
TMJ or full body specific. CST uses soft touch and subtle movement to facilitate deep self-correction of the body and free up tension and stress. CST is especially helpful for old injury compensations and nervous system conditions. Choose this modality for gentler, nurturing touch that helps unwind deeply held patterns, including car accidents, injuries, surgeries, and birth trauma. Specify TMJ focus if needed. Carrie is Upledger trained and has taken advanced trainings in brain, cranial nerve and mouth work.
Soul Matrix Blend
Carrie’s most effective and healing blend of modalities that includes more than 1/3 of session as craniosacral or acutonics. Choose this option if you are interested in not only relief from symptoms, but also unwinding and correcting root causes of discomfort or compensation. Specify TMJ focus if needed.
Therapeutic Massage
A blend of myofascial, deep tissue and/or relaxation techniques or choose individually. Less than 1/3 to none of this session is soft touch modalities such as craniosacral. Choose this option if you like deeper pressures, anatomically specific techniques, and posture corrective work or just want to relax. Specify TMJ focus if needed. Carrie is certified in myofascial release with a structural focus. This modality is most effective on dry skin, so applying lotion is not recommended prior to session. Myofascial work is slow yet realigning, so full body treatments will require more blending with traditional massage techniques.
Jaw, Head and Neck Treatment
Choose Therapeutic Massage, Soul Matrix Blend or CranioSacral modalities and specify TMJ work in the notes when you make the appointment. Please expect to need at least 3 sessions to start holding changes. We will dialogue about lifestyle and other contributing factors that affect results.
Manual Lymph Drainage
MLD is a specialized modality of gentle techniques designed to increase the movement of lymph and interstitial fluid. Hands-on techniques work at the level of lymph capillaries and lymph nodes in the direction of optimal drainage. MLD supports positive immune response, detoxification, reduction of swelling/edema, and promotes relaxation. Great for post-injury and post-surgery, autoimmune conditions and headaches, MLD can be used safely when massage would be contraindicated. Carrie is certified to treat Stage 0 and Stage 1 Lymphedema. Can be combined with Therapeutic Massage.

Acutonics Tuning Fork Treatment
Beautiful yet powerful sound healing modality that uses tuning fork frequencies to promote harmony in the body through acupuncture points & beyond. Frequencies are attuned to the music of the spheres and can be used to relieve pain, relax & calm, or a customized session for your given intention. A wonderful adjunct or add on to energy work or massage that helps change happen more smoothly and completely while nourishing and supporting.
Essential Oil Raindrop Treatment
Great for immune system support, detoxification and overall health, add this on to your scheduled session or schedule as a stand-alone treatment. A series of 9 oils are applied, 4-5 raindrops at a time, followed by a heated, moist towel to facilitate absorption of the oils’ healing properties. Additional $10 for feet application.
